Blessings

Today I'm feeling blessed.

Blessed that the sun is shining.

Blessed that no one has practice tonight and we can go to bed early.

Blessed for the positive and incredible role models my girls have found in their sports.

Here is Aubrey and Baylee.  Baylee's mom and Clint's sister were best friends growing up.  Baylee has helped Aubrey feel like a big girl and is always there to greet her when we get to the gym.

Last night Aubrey drew this picture....

Madelyn had a coach named Abby last year when she was on the Spunky Skunks team.  Abby always went above and beyond for the girls.  When she left for UT, she had a swim party at her house as a farewell to the whole team.  Anytime Abby is in town she babysits Madelyn and Aubrey, and they always have a blast.

Abby sent this sweet note in the mail for Madelyn....

 I've been so busy with work, and the holidays and competitions and practice that I've let it get to me the last week or so.  I've been feeling blah and not in the best mood.

So today, I'm especially blessed for incredible friends.  Thanks Marta, I love you more than you know!!!

Oh, and I promise a post all about the first gymnastics competition is coming soon.  I have to load all my pics first!!
